This Sand Filter replacement part is brand specific. Even though most sand filters look the same, they are not. The body of the sand filters are slightly different. The Multi-Port Valve is designed to securely fasten onto the sand filter system. An O-Ring is included. ** will only fit on Sunsolar and Pooline sand filters model: 11400, 11500 & 11600**.

Features	Manufacture Original replacement part for Sand Filters. The 6 Way Multi-Port Valve is for the 16 Inch, 19 Inch and 24 Inch Diameter swimming pool Sand filters. This will NOT fit: Intex, Hayward and Pentair sand filters. This 6 Way Multi-Port Valve, will ONLY fit these Sand Filter Models: Pooline models - 11400, 11500, and 11600. Manufacture Part # 73040, 73050, 73060. Sunsolar Model # D-400, D-500 and D-600. 7 Functions for 6 way valve are: Filter- basic filtering and regular vacuuming, Rinse- is done after your backwash, Winter- prevents damage to valve, Waste- for vacuuming out heavy debris, draining and lowering pool water, Recirculate- water passes through valve only, Backwash- reverses flow to clean filter sand, Closed- stops flow from the pump. The Multi-Port Valve has a Built in Sight Glass to view the backwash water and 1.5 inch Standard threaded female ports, outside threads on the port are for the Sunsolar unions only. This Valve fastens onto the sand filter tank with a clamp (sold separately). An O-Ring is included for a leak proof seal between the valve and the sand filter tank. NOT UNIVERSAL: Due to how this multi-port valve clamps onto the sand filter tank, we ask that before you purchase this replacement part to please check the make and model number on your existing sand filter to make sure it matches with our make and model numbers. This is a brand specific part.
